Context
We're launching new product lines in order to build synergies between our Core Business (Cash Flow Management) and complementary offers. We strongly believe in our capacity to deliver even stronger value to our customers.
In this context, we start a typical team for product launch with a CTO, a CPO and a General Manager. This team has strong autonomy and independence versus Agicap to fasten decision-making process and increase agility in developing the new product.
Linked to our objectives, we expect the team to grow from 3 to 50+ people in less than 1 year, mainly Tech and Product talents.
Job brief
Under the responsibility of our CPO, you will be the lead of a functional squad of 7 people (1 Product Manager, 1 Product Designer, 5 Tech), and fully responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product Lifecycle. As the project is like a start-up within the scale-up, you'll have strong autonomy and ownership on your topics to help growing the business, the product, and the team fast without much legacy.
Responsabilities
- Collecting, sorting and analyzing business needs
- Participating in the definition of quarterly business and product objectives for your squad
- Developing the product roadmap of your squad
- Defining, prioritizing and writing the tasks necessary for the execution of your roadmap
- Communicating and explaining the new tasks to the Tech team
- Defining and executing the internal and external communication and training plan for your roadmap
- Defining and trackingthe KPIs linked to your squad and to the functionalities developed (in connection with our Data team)
- Checking the quality of new features and identifying bugs
- Participating in the construction of the team
Requirements
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a PM
- You have a first experience in B2B SaaS and in a fast-growing startup (Fintech is a plus)
- You are customer, problem and impact oriented
- You are an excellent communicator and you are able to share your vision
- You have already worked with design and tech teams
- You have a logical mind and a capacity for synthesis
- You have excellent design skills
- You demonstrate methodological rigor
- You know how to start from a user need and break it down into several functionalities
- You are ambitious and the startup spirit attracts you
- You have a team spirit and want to share your knowledge
