Meet Your Future Neighbors

The Neighborhood Vitality pillar focuses on providing an active and welcoming platform for neighbors who want to invest in their communities. We currently focus on fostering a sense of belonging within neighborhoods, building specialized role-based tools for organizing the community and building tools to verify the authenticity of the neighbors and organizations on the platform. The Vitality team’s mission is to help neighbors have kind conversations with one another to encourage active participation by neighbors. The team owns the content reporting flows, community moderation system, neighbor & org verification, and all our content classifiers to understand the tone and purpose of conversations on the platform.

  • Be the ‘go-to’ leader for establishing workflows of the moderation platform
  • Strengthening our moderation platform which helps us identify, review and action content and accounts on the platform
  • Partner closely with ML engineering to identify levers to reduce exposure of harmful and hurtful content

What You’ll Bring To The Team

  • 8-10+ years of work experience in product development
  • 3+ years in product management/strategy
  • Experience in Trust and Safety for online content moderation or harm / fraud prevention
  • Strong track record of developing scalable platforms and systems
  • Strong analytical thinker in order to interpret data, thoroughly analyze results, and drive to critical outcomes and success
  • Experience developing technical solutions in close partnership with engineering
  • Experience developing end-to-end processes that ensure we reach business outcomes
  • Excellent written and communication skills especially to senior executives
  • Natural ability to make things happen around you. You manage project ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in an organized and structured way
