We are looking for an experienced Mobile Product Manager to help us develop new mobile solutions for our beloved customers and reinvent the way we create media!.

You will manage the production cycle of our native mobile applications and SDK from end to end. We have clear objectives that we want to achieve; we are looking for candidates with a doer mindset to define and implement the best solutions! You will mainly collaborate across the different operational teams (R&D, Editing, Sales, Business Communication and Support…) and work closely with Data, UX, and Engineering.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Product Delivery (80%) :
- Turn your roadmap into backlog features and build the solutions with designers, data engineers and product engineers to deliver the defined features, in close collaboration with your Delivery team stakeholders.
- Plan sprint content with the Engineer Squad Lead and rigorously test your features to ensure a bug-free release.
- Organize product launches and follow up on the performance of features you’ve launched, with an eye toward further optimization as necessary.
- Communicate frequently, transparently, and collaboratively with stakeholders and customers about progress and new developments.
- Work closely with the other Product Managers to share best practices and make recommendations for Product/IT process improvements.

Product Discovery (20%) :
- Gather data on customer needs, pain points, and challenges through user research and user interviews.
- Work closely with client-facing internal teams to gather feedback and ensure strategic alignment within the business.
- Implement a roadmap for your product and advocate for it internally and externally to ensure it is prioritized correctly with stakeholders.
- Develop feature ideas into proofs of concept as often and as quickly as possible to transform them into successful features.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- You have 2-5 years of experience in product management and have prior experience working on mobile applications.
- You’ve led user research before and you are comfortable gathering direct user feedback and having face time with key users.
- You are analytical and rigorous about gathering data, KPIs and baselines before starting anything (and you know how to measure your results).
- You can communicate (written and orally) with clarity, humility, and precision in both French and English.
- You are curious about and can understand the needs of all your stakeholders, and have strong interpersonal skills.
- You are a team player and know that we achieve more together than on our own.

Other desired credentials:
- Experience working on a mobile SDK or white label applications.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (tech and non tech).
- Additional experience as a developer, data analyst, or other technical background is a major plus!.
- Prior experience working on a mobile application with high stakes, fast turnaround, and close client UX scrutiny.
- Previous entrepreneurial experience: you’ve launched your own products before.
