About the job
Twilio is growing rapidly and we are seeking an experienced Product Manager to come and help build the Global Carrier Product team.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Drive the product, and break down company priorities into multi-year product vision and into a clear roadmap.
Manage internal and external customers to understand their needs and translate their frustrations into product solutions.
Clearly articulate and communicate a plan while managing effective communication with the stakeholders.
Work closely with the engineering engineering teams on defining and managing the development backlog.
Align your unique ways of working with the Twilio values.

Required:
Hands-on product management experience in software development businesses, bonus if this has been in the world of telecommunications.
Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
Experience using metrics and data analysis to drive informed product decisions and track progress/impact.
Great organizational skills, comfortable with ambiguity.
Can work with teams in globally remote offices and easily sync with colleagues around the world.
Desired:
Experience in working in the telecommunications industry.
Experience in working with mobile operators, any work on compliance is a plus.
Location
This role will be based in our Tallinn, Estonia office.
Approximately 10% travel is anticipated.
