Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000

The Role 💻

We’re looking for a passionate Product Manager to drive the future of our consumer-facing product suite. This includes the current Merchant Portal that enables merchants to tailor their shopper’s experience with our widget product, analyze performance, and track the climate impact they are making. You will play a critical role in guiding the development and evolution of our merchant and shopper experiences at EcoCart by creating new and engaging experiences. You’ll set short, medium, and long-term strategic direction for your product domain, identify areas of critical need based on future growth, and develop roadmaps to strategically address these opportunities. This role reports to the VP of Product. 

A day in the life ☀️

  • Own EcoCart’s user-facing products, drive product strategy and delivery, own quantitative and qualitative product analysis, champion testing and optimization, and create amazing experiences for our merchants and shoppers
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and determine priorities
  • Develop innovative product strategy that drives core business outcomes
  • Define and measure the impact / success of each feature by setting and tracking KPI
  • Make appropriate trade-off decisions to optimize time-to-market and clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to your cross-functional team
  • Manage the work for your pod to achieve product goals
  • Embrace EcoCart’s design system / component library, ensuring everything we build is consistent, scalable, and adaptable
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors and own build vs. buy decision making
  • Perform analysis of industry trends and competitive activity for products and use this information to inform decisions about how best to increase EcoCart’s competitive advantage

We are looking for🔍

  • 3-5 years of Product Management experience, preferably with consumer-facing products
  • A track record of successfully shipping high visibility, high-impact products at scale
  • A strong knowledge of technical concepts and comfort working with engineers to grasp and articulate complex systems
  • A passion for usability and design, and a true empathy for users
  • A passion for digging in and solving problems, offering creative and feasible solutions 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • An amazing attention to detail and organizational skills
  • The ability to gracefully handle multiple ongoing projects
  • Experience working with agile teams and using ticketing systems (we use ClickUp)

  • Have a deep familiarity with the e-commerce tech stack
