We’re looking for a talented and experienced Interim Product Manager to join HoneyBook for a 6-month parental leave coverage and lead the member satisfaction team during this time.

Here are a few of the things you will do:

  • First and foremost, help our members feel supported and empowered by increasing their satisfaction with our product.
  • Own the member satisfaction domain, focusing on enhancing user delight through innovative product experiences and aligning payments and booking capabilities with user expectations.
  • Work with various stakeholders such as leadership, design, engineering, and more to define, prioritize, and execute on our product strategy.
  • Manage roadmap and sprint, crafting detailed user stories and product specs for design and development teams.
  • Partner with support, product education, and product marketing teams to gather insights from members and ensure knowledge is shared effectively with both internal teams and customers.
  • Translate customer feedback into impactful features that holistically address user needs.
  • Use hypothesis-driven product development to optimize feature performance and adoption, managing the lifecycle of a feature or opportunity (opportunity sizing, ideation, hypothesis development, designing, launching, analyzing, and iterating).
  • Leverage data and customer feedback to iterate on and improve the core product.

Here is what we’re looking for in a candidate:

  • 2+ years of product management experience from top-notch B2C, Product-centric companies; a mixture of startups and larger companies ideal.
  • Strong empathy for users, understanding their needs, and translating those into impactful product solutions.
  • Strong user-centric mindset focusing on how your product impacts the end-user.
  • Knowledge in product management best practices to garner results.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Must have a proven track record of launching and managing successful products in cross-functional teams. You have the data insights to back up this boast.
  • SaaS product experience ideal, or experience working on a complex desktop app, in addition to mobile.
