The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to build out and own our product roadmap for Marketing Tools. These will be net new external- and internal-facing capabilities that will allow Imprint to create new marketing capabilities on top of co-brand card programs. This product area will be key to creating unique incremental value for partners, customers, and Imprint. It will build upon Imprint’s rich customer data and be tasked with solving both known partner needs, and providing thought leadership for what new use cases could be served.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Determine a vision and multi-year strategy for a new platform of Marketing Tools, in partnership with Growth, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering. 
  • Create and implement data collection instrumentation and success metrics to help determine the success of marketing actions taken with the tools.
  • Collaborate with our Engineering team to build and launch the prioritized tools. 
  • Partner with and influence the roadmaps of multiple other product team members as needed to enable Marketing use cases.
  • Lead the delivery of remarkable products and features that ensure compliant, robust and scalable experiences for customers and partners while protecting Imprint against financial and reputational risk.
  • Address challenging prioritization questions through data-driven approaches that put your customer first.
  • Identify and engage stakeholders in business & operational processes that need to be updated/created to support Marketing Tools evolution & changes.
  • Work with internal and partner teams to develop a robust and comprehensive testing plan for deployment of new servicing products/features. 
  • Think as a platform: Support other sprint teams across Imprint in their efforts to achieve their goals by understanding their goals and using them to inform your strategy.

We Are Looking For Folks With

  • 4+ years of product management, product strategy, or marketing experience in the financial services, digital marketing, or a related space.
  • Experience working and building agreement with diverse partners, across multi-functional engineering and business teams.
  • Experience with credit products and digital marketing tools.
  • Vision: You've formed, gained and supported essential strategies shaping the multi-year direction of your team.
  • Results: You're excellent tactically, with experience shipping elegant products at scale.
  • Track record of making data-driven product decisions.
  • Ability to push through obstacles, and participate wherever needed.
  • Customer empathy: Experience shaping product direction and execution based on customer needs.
  • Ability to address ambiguities with leadership team and provide maximum clarity for the team you work with.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Bonus Points

  • Direct experience in payments, cards and/or consumer credit a significant plus
  • Direct expertise building marketing tools based on card program data
  • Experience in an early stage company/product development environment and determining product-market fit
