In this role you will lead the product effort for our entire signature and banner management platform. This will include all aspects of product functionality including contributing the products PLG motion.
Please note, this role is open to applicants living outside of the UK, as a fully remote position. However, sponsorship cannot be offered and benefits will vary depending on the location of the successful candidate.
What You Will Do
- Dive deep into our Mailtastic email signature management and marketing web app, owning the product outcomes while partnering directly with our design and engineering teams.
- Deliver a highly compelling product features that address our customers’ and users’ needs.
- Align your product vision and roadmap with Mailtastics’s overall business goals, KPIs, and reporting structures to make sure your work can drive an impact
- Create and own roadmap and strategy for the Mailtastic product while working with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and overall goals
- Research competition and market trends and propose roadmap trade-offs between parity and innovation
- Build relationships with customers; build empathy for customer’s processes and objectives
- Develop opportunity assessments to vet, validate, and prioritize the roadmap
- Decompose complex use cases and technical requirements into smaller manageable stories by creating and prioritizing a backlog with your engineering team
- Assess roadmap / backlog trade-offs, make recommendations informed by stakeholder and technical constraints, and deliver innovation with this in mind
- Drive Mailtastic product vision along side Mailtastic CEO and Cognism Group CPO
Requirements
- 4+ years in software product management, preferably in a B2B environment
- 2-3 Years experience in SaaS delivery model is a must-have, in either B2B or B2C environments
- Fluent German speaker is highly desired!
- Strong experience writing and conveyingfunctional requirement to engineering teams
- Strong experience in delivering an intuitive, workflow based software product.
- Previous PLG product experience.
- Experience working closely with customers on product implementations
- Represent our company and team with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree in management, business, computer science or other equivalent.
