Our Product team is committed to driving forward Karat’s mission to make interviews predictive, fair, and enjoyable. We are focused on providing deeper value to hiring managers, recruiters, candidates, and Interview Engineers.
What you will do
As a Product Manager, you will partner with a variety of internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely, value-driven delivery of new products and product iterations. We need to continuously meet our client commitments while innovating and learning.
This is a salary, exempt position. Immigration sponsorship is not available.
- Own the roadmap for client-facing product features directly correlating with new client wins, renewals, and expansions.
- Partner cross-functionally with GTM and Interview Delivery teams to ensure varying Karat client segments are serviced equitably.
- Work closely with engineering and design to build a strong operating platform that meets Karat's ever-evolving technical and design standards.
- Inform and drive critical decisions related to Karat's interview costs with data-informed insights and UX research, ensuring features match the right Interview Engineer to the right interview candidate at the correct cost.
- Create data-informed hypotheses to continuously improve the user experience for Karat clients, their candidates, and Karat Interview Engineers through thoughtful experimentation and A/B testing; share insights from experiment outcomes and communicate them to key stakeholders.
The experience you will bring
- 4+ years of product management experience on a B2B, SaaS, or logistics tech product, managing product roadmaps and successfully bringing products to market
- A proactive attitude toward knowledge sharing and strong skills around cross-functional collaboration, influence, and communication
- Deep analytical abilities and prior experience with building business cases, data analysis, and problem-solving
- Experience ideating, developing, and launching software products in collaboration with a technical team
- Previous experience working in operations, logistics, or leading continuous improvement processes
