ABOUT THE TEAM

The Automation Team focuses on reducing manual tasks through automation and building strong collaboration with cross functional partners across Trade Republic. In this role you will partner with Stakeholders from the Trading platform to enable data driven decisions with complex analytic and machine learning workflows. You will work closely with cross functional teams, including engineering, analysts, data science, compliance, legal to set goals, prioritize work and define product requirements. You will be responsible for delivering business outcomes that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our compliance and finance Team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Gain a deep understanding of stakeholder requirements and manage the implementation with new tools and services.

• Design and implement data related tools and services for our internal Teams and Departments with your engineering team.

• Translate stakeholder requests into data requirements 

• Make recommendations for addressing identified deficiencies or improvements to business processes with automation

• Manage the full product lifecycle - including ideation, defining features, writing requirement specifications, leading the execution of changes, testing, and launch of complex features and products
