Job Summary: We are looking for a Product Manager I, to support various initiatives across our org. You will rotate through different product development teams and build an understanding of our goals, interact with stakeholders, develop data-backed recommendations and drive execution of projects. This is a fast-paced but highly collaborative department that is tightly connected to the day-to-day success of our business.

This is a hybrid role based in our San Francisco office, with an in office requirement of 3 days per week.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will:

  • Build key skills such as learning to define key requirements, gather feedback, and align with larger product strategy.
  • Monitor our performance and highlight key points, gaps, or concerns by analyzing data.
  • Collaborate with key business and engineering collaborators to ensure effective decision making and meeting deadlines.
  • Develop detailed project plans, and track timelines, budget, and scope of deliverables in collaboration with the team.
  • Provide status updates to the team and leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Assist in developing the scope of deliverables in collaboration with the team, ensuring that all projects are strictly aligned with our strategic goals.

You will be successful here by:

  • Showcasing strong prioritization and project management skills when managing competing priorities.
  • Using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to deliver execution of tasks and small projects on time and within budget.
  • Partnering effectively across the company and developing solid relationships that foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Developing a strong understanding of technical engineering skills, design, and analytics to successfully implement product strategies.

We’re excited about you because:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a technical field such as Statistics or EECS, or equivalent experience.
  • Possess a strong business insight and understanding of product metrics and how to drive revenue growth.
  • 0-2 years of experience as a program manager, analyst, or related role at a fast-paced, global organization.
  • Industry experience with a similar B2C company that is subscription-based or movement-focused.
  • Familiarity with key project management methods and tools.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, enabling you to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, allowing you to work effectively with diverse teams and collaborators.
