Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Product Manager I, Ecommerce, who is excited about and experienced with tackling complex ecommerce and content experiences across desktop and mobile devices.

As the Product Manager I, Ecommerce, you will drive the digital product strategy around businesses-facing ecommerce experiences, as well as the back-end tools to support them. As part of the B2B squad, you will build a) a place where shops can intuitively discover and buy FC’s products, and b) provide the tools for stakeholders to grow the business efficiently. We believe that building for businesses is also about building for people, so experiences should be as intuitive as possible. You will fill a critical role on the technology team, working closely with design and engineering colleagues, while supporting a variety of stakeholders, including members of the marketing, communications and business teams. 

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a matrixed environment, and working with external and internal engineering teams. The Product Manager should have demonstrated experience with building ecommerce products, and managing/evangelizing stakeholders. You are interested in creating new experiences from scratch towards a vision, and also have the patience and skills to deal with dependencies from a business that is getting modernized.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with business, design and engineering stakeholders to develop long term strategy, vision and priorities for FC’s B2B content & commerce experiences. 
  • Ensure engineering, design and product teams are working efficiently and delivering on a roadmap. 
  • Set and track KPIs to inform strategy and understand success. 
  • Contribute and help build a transparent, collaborative and dynamic team culture. 
  • Present a compelling data-backed narrative of the product strategy, laddering up to the overall product strategy. 
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for product work around B2B and eCommerce, providing guidance to the leadership team into customer needs, business strategy, marketplace dynamics and competitors. 

Qualifications:

  • You have 2+ years product management experience on B2B or consumer-facing ecomm products. Understanding of the trading card space is a bonus. 
  • Execution:  You have led Product at fast growing organizations which are able to execute consistently, delivering quality projects of the broadest scope and impact on time. You may also have had experience managing Engineering/Design agencies that were involved in a project you led. 
  • Technical: You are comfortable working with engineering leadership to prioritize broadly and you understand the technical complexities of B2B or eCommerce. 
  • Analytical: You have a good grasp of experiment design, statistical analysis and multivariate testing. You can use data to set OKRs, create dashboards to monitor product health, review analyses from across the company and develop basic models. You can construct a narrative for using data in order to drive the decision-making process. 
  • Organizational skills: You are able to manage relationships with stakeholders across the organization.You have experience working closely with business & marketing partners. 
  • Communication: You’re a strong communicator, both written and orally. You enjoy working with complex concepts and distilling them down so that anyone can understand them. You’re comfortable working cross functionally with stakeholders and can manage competing needs to drive alignment and resolution.
