About Rippling

Rippling is the first way for businesses to manage all of their HR & IT —  payroll, benefits, computers, apps, and more — in one unified workforce platform.
By connecting every workforce system to a single source of truth for employee data, businesses can automate all of the manual work they normally need to do to make employee changes. Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can just click a button and set up a new employees' payroll, health insurance, work computer, and third-party apps — like Slack, Zoom, and Office 365 — all within 90 seconds.
Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $450M from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, and Sequoia—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes (#12 out of 500).

About The Role

The Product team owns Rippling’s product direction, defining what to build in order to solve customer problems in a way that allows us to succeed as a business.  We distill insights from key stakeholders across the company, user research, product-generated data, and competitive analysis.  We incorporate these insights to discover and prioritize new products and features, collaborating with our design and engineering counterparts to bring them to life.  We partner with the appropriate teams to make sure that they are properly launched and are positioned to be successfully sold, serviced, and supported.  We iterate on these features using data and customer feedback to make sure that they fulfill and surpass the goals we had when we decided to build them.

Rippling is built around the core employee record, and the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) team is at the center of our employee management platform and Rippling’s core value proposition. The HRIS team owns the user workflows that support the employee lifecycle -- from hiring/onboarding, transitions, and termination/offboarding -- in addition to applications that serve HR professionals, including digital document management, org management, the employee directory, and more.

As a Product Manager on the HRIS team, you will own products that empower HR professionals to efficiently and effectively support their workforce and provide employees with access to the resources they need throughout their employment, with a particular focus on our Documents product.
