WHOOP is seeking a Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of features for our newly formed Health team. As our Health Product Manager, you will focus on serving members whose primary goal is to improve their overall health. You’ll be doing this by providing members with better education, access to health insights, and cutting-edge coaching. You will partner closely with engineers and designers to advance the WHOOP mission and empower our rapidly-growing user base to achieve exceptional results.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead discovery, development, and delivery for new products and improvements across mobile and backend infrastructure
- Gather customer needs and feedback through frequent research and testing
- Set a product strategy, roadmap and measurable goals for your team
- Perform detailed analysis to inform, measure, and iterate on product development
- Synthesize research, analysis, and stakeholder feedback into detailed product requirements
- Collaborate with designers to create and validate solutions to customer needs
- Drive team to deliver a healthy and efficient cadence of product releases
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-3 years building and scaling digital products
- Experience building mobile products
- Proven track record of identifying customer and business needs and converting them into product requirements
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
- Deep analytical and prioritization skills (Excel skills strongly preferred; experience with Amplitude/Looker a plus)
- Passion for the fitness and wellness space
- Plus: experience working in healthcare and/or with HIPAA and FDA regulatory requirements
