Naturally, as a member of the Growth team within PandaDoc’s Product organization, you’ll lead initiatives to help us accelerate growth in new accounts. We plan to do this by expanding our core product to a stronger suite of products that solve multiple problems for multiple teams.

As you help outline next steps in acquiring new business and executing on our strategy, you’ll collaborate with other product managers on the Growth team, as well as with members of our Sales and Demand Generation teams, marketing managers, and many others around the company. Your primary focus will be on improving acquisition efforts, such as increasing conversion to signups, making account recovery easier, and building new solutions that help us acquire more new accounts (examples include PDF-related functionality and core Chrome Extension).

This role requires a combination of analytical horsepower, steadfast execution, marketing knowledge, and well-honed user judgment.

You’ll be responsible for delivering best-in-class experiences that acquire new users and convert them into loyal paying subscribers, which in turn drive outstanding user experiences and PandaDoc business goals.

In this role, you will:

  • Assume shared ownership of critical, product-led growth initiatives related to acquiring new users with a cross-functional team of fellow product managers and marketers
  • Ensure that our signup process is frictionless and helps us gather important data for user onboarding
  • Improve account recovery and reactivation flows to help us engage closely with users who have already tried our product
  • Build and optimize PDF-related functionality to strengthen our core value proposition of document management, while also acquiring users who are looking for solutions to adjacent use cases
  • Validate hypotheses for potential micro apps with MVPs and experiments before committing resources to development
  • Engage closely with Demand Generation, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to push growth initiatives across multiple channels
  • Dig into analytics, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with teammates to drive new initiatives —supplementing your findings with user research, as appropriate
  • Develop concise product specs that set clear expectations, scoping, and requirements
  • Work with our Engineering team to achieve our business goals within the right time frame and budget

About you:

  • 2+ years of product management experience with SAAS products, ideally while focused on Growth
  • Experienced in shipping creative and highly successful self-serve products in B2B or mobile
  • Experienced in delivering successful experiments that help key metrics grow: You can design, run, and interpret results of experiments and A/B tests; you’re familiar with every step of the user funnel; and you know how to measure short- and long-term success
  • Data-driven and comfortable using funnel analytics tools such as Amplitude
  • Comfortable embracing ambiguity and working independently; excels at communicating early and directly; ultimately gets the job done
  • Adept at managing competing priorities simultaneously
  • Digital marketing experience is a plus, but not a necessity
  • Fluent in verbal and written English (C1+)
