More about the role
Ever/Body is looking for a Contract-to-Hire Growth Product Manager who will own the customer acquisition and engagement experience of our website. You will be working cross-functionally and in close partnership with the growth and marketing team, while owning the funnel and conversion metrics across our booking experience. You are expected to define product requirements and execute them to completion for all processes, products, and features in this scope. The ideal candidate is able to balance their technical expertise, deep understanding of business KPIs, and stakeholder management to prioritize and launch the right features. You have a reputation for getting stuff done, keeping the bar high, and getting into the nitty-gritty while never losing sight of the big picture. This highly cross-functional role will report to the Head of Product and will work closely with business and technical stakeholders across the whole company.
What you’ll do:
- Own booking, landing page, and site experience from strategy and planning to execution and measurement, with a particular focus on driving conversion and client engagement
- Identify, design, and launch high impact hypothesis driven testing opportunities based on consumer insights and data
- Oversee features and a/b tests from ideation to launch (including documenting product requirements, developing user flows, and translating into scoped engineering deliverables)
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to efficiently and effectively deliver best-in-class experiences to our customers at scale
- Ensure accurate and optimal site analytics, tracking, testing, and measurement setup (GA, GTM, Pixels, FullStory, A/B Testing Tool).
- Use quantitative data to measure success, iterate & evolve our growth product strategy
What you’ll need:
- 3+ years of consumer growth product management experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under uncertainty
- Fluency in data analytics (with a strong preference for SQL, Amplitude, Looker, Google Analytics proficiency). You know which metrics matter to your products and the business, how to measure them, and are comfortable getting into the weeds to ensure accurate and optimal site analytics
- Proven track record of lifting conversion rate through testing
- Familiarity with Figma, landing page creation tools, design collaboration tools, and user testing tools
- Ability to work with a diverse team of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, and communicate clearly & frequently across the organization
- Ability to think strategically around building businesses, not just features, and being able to balance quick wins with big bets that align with our long-term vision

- Hourly pay while contracted: $60/hr-74/hr dependant upon experience
