The Role
As a Product Manager at Fantasy, you’ll think beyond ordinary solutions to ship world-class products to world-leading organizations. You will collaborate with talented teams to create experiences that millions of people not only use — but love.

Launch digital products and services with world-leading organizations
You’ll work with the world’s most forward-thinking companies, including the likes of Netflix, Spotify, Asana, Tesla, The Academy of Motion Pictures, Dolby, Ancestry, Salesforce, and many others. You’ll work across diverse industries and varying form factors, including automotive, luxury, travel, operating systems, website ecosystems, voice recognition software, artificial intelligence, and so much more.

  • You will work directly with the world’s leading organizations and our internal teams to make insight-led decisions around product design, strategy, and content. 
  • You’ll help deliver beautiful products at scale, weaving intelligent stories that communicate insights to inform significant product decisions while working with the world’s most aspirational companies to pioneer new products and services.

Work with a world-class team

  • Drive the product discovery and delivery phases and deliverables for initiatives
  • Proactively engage with senior level stakeholders and engage with your team leads in data, UX, sales, platform technology, and marketing to communicate product plans and support go-to-market initiatives 
  • Work with leadership team and other stakeholders to define and drive the product strategy and product roadmap
  • Work with Data to define, measure, and improve key metrics that translate to the success of the site and software development build velocity
  • Write simple, clear documentation that aligns your team around problems to solve including product requirements and functional specifications for the solutions that you’ll collaboratively deliver

Work with forward-thinking organizations

  • Create a mission-critical plan to migrate a self-serve business to a new platform with future growth and scalability in mind.
  • Demonstrate expertise to form strong partnerships with design, engineering, and cross-functional team members as well as the ability to influence executive stakeholders
  • Craft workshops that can gather feedback, drive decision-making, and grow partnerships. 

Experience / Key Personal Qualities

  • 4+ years in Product Management experience or relevant roles.
  • You are able to think deeply about product strategy decisions and an understanding of how to create valuable products that balance feasibility, desirability, and business impact.
  • You excel at building strong client relationships and fostering empathy for operational pain points and challenges.
  • You have a background in data-driven, user-centered approaches to product development.
  • You have a working knowledge of user research and modern product discovery techniques with the ability to integrate findings into your product roadmap.
  • You are comfortable exploring new technologies and how they enable world-class experiences.
  • You exhibit strong business sense and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest impact initiatives.
  • Experience working with systems integrations and platform initiatives.
