We have incredibly ambitious plans to make Fairing the best-in-class platform for capturing data directly from consumers and integrating that data into our customers’ workflows. We’ve grown our engineering team, are investing in design, and are iterating on how we bring our ideas to market. Now, we’re looking for a talented, focused individual to fine tune all of the parts into a well-oiled machine. We’re eager to find a dependable quarterback to take over the day-to-day responsibilities of product management: from stress-testing product feature pitches with customers and clearly communicating requirements cross-functionally, to improving feature roll out and measuring the impact of all of our initiatives.
The core components of Fairing – Question Stream, Analytics, and Integrations – empower thousands of customers to collect data directly from consumers, analyze it, and push it to other platforms. We are at the forefront of the Zero-Party Data movement. Now, our focus is taking our product to the next level by developing innovative intelligence for asking the right question at the right time and making the gathered data a vital input to our customers’ daily operations.
This role is critical to the future success of Fairing. You’ll collaborate closely with the founders to identify and define product opportunities through research and measurement. Then, with specifications in hand, you’ll coordinate with our CTO to drive execution. You’ll work cross-functionally with members of our team to improve product velocity, quality, and roll-out. You will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of customers’ needs, as well as balancing both qualitative and quantitative insights to help shape Fairing’s product direction. You’ll own our product roadmap and the process for updating it. The ability to make quick decisions to remove ambiguity about the next week, month, or quarter is imperative to this role and improving clarity across the Fairing organization. As the owner of Fairing’s product process, communication is key. We utilize Notion as our company wiki and documentation is key to success in this role.
