POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other leads in Engineering, Design,
Search, UX Research, Analytics, Legal, Product Marketing, PR, and stakeholders across Tripadvisor;
- Own the Experiences discoverability roadmap for product and attractions list pages;
- Consult with the internal search team and drive projects and initiatives that impact the Experiences business;
- Work with the internal search team to make Experiences search results discoverable and informative;
- Connect with search engineering partners and user research to uncover and understand user intent;
- Responsible for performance measurement and testing, guiding user research, and making informed tactical decisions to communicate the vision and progress to stakeholders;
- Identify opportunities to move Tripadvisor Experiences’ business needs forward while providing the best user experience possible;
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key conversion metrics and A/B test to support continual optimization of the product;
- Create detailed specifications for new product ideas and supervise the creation, testing, and rollout plans;
- Communicate and build internal alignment around the mobile product roadmap; and
- Collaborate with other product managers, analysts, and design teams to ensure the roadmap fits Tripadvisor’s user expectations.

REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering Management, Machine Learning, Marketing Analytics, Management, Finance, Data Science, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Product Manager, Experiences-related occupation.
Position requires 24 months of experience in the following:
- Utilizing project management software to organize development efforts;
- Working with data analysts to identify trends and relationships in existing data;
- Understanding concepts of personalization and working with customer journey design and orchestration;
- Continually identifying and implementing improvements based on ongoing customer research, market and competitive analysis, and product performance indicators;
- Understanding large datasets and analyzing patterns and trends;
- A/B testing to determine optimal commerce flows and revenue optimization;
- Power analysis hypothesis testing, customer segmentation, and persona development;
- Researching metrics and reporting in order to make data based decisions;
- Experience with analytical tools Snowflake, Optimizely, Tableau;
- Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) from end-to-end, including implementation, QA, deployment, reporting and measurements; and
- Researching customer behavior based on company data to influence the design of the new features.
