Product Manager

We're hiring a Founding Product Manager! This is an exciting opportunity to be the first Product Manager at a well-funded, seed stage company and be a pivotal member of the team. You’ll work directly with our founders to shape, execute, and iterate on our product.

You’ll partner with our talented engineering team to define, refine, and deliver product launches to market. If you’re excited about deepening your product sense, ownership, and influence at the intersection of crypto and fintech, then we’d love to hear from you! 

About Eisen

We're building crypto features to enable the next generation of consumers to make smart financial decisions — wherever their money is. Eisen removes the technical, compliance, design, and treasury barriers that fintechs face when offering crypto features to their users.

Role Responsibilities

• Refine ambiguous customer problems into clear, actionable product ideas
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define product requirements
• Prioritize the product roadmap to deliver the highest-impact product features
• Drive execution and remove any blockers to accelerate the team’s launch velocity
• Design cross-company processes that support efficient product development
• Build deep relationships with our customers to understand how they use our product and opportunities for improvement
  

About You

• 3+ years of product management experience shipping products through the full lifecycle
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or experience in software development
• Excited to operate at both a strategic and operational level
• Domain experience in fintech, payments, and/or crypto, a plus
