About the team:
You’ll join the Education Platform team, currently working on making learning with GoodNotes more efficient and enjoyable by adding science-backed learning methods to GoodNotes.
About the job:
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team, to focus on establishing and managing education partnerships in the South Korea market and deliver new textbook features for our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage partnerships with educational institutions
- Translating product requirements from our partners to our development team, turning them into reality, so that we can delight our users and drive business outcomes
- Generate insights from different sources so that we can make decisions on priority, scope, requirements, and direction with confidence
- Test new features on a regular basis and providing feedback, so that we can maintain a high bar of quality
- Collaborate with other stakeholders (marketing, QA, CS), so that they can help drive the impact and quality of our product
Who we’re looking for
- 5-7 years experience as a product manager
- Good technical understanding and comfortable working closely with engineering teams. You don’t have to be an engineer, but you should be able to think like one when it matters
- Strong prioritzation and collaboration skills with a focus on hands-down work
- Great storyteller and communicator both verbally and in written form
- Someone who’s comfortable in working with a high degree of uncertainty and ambiguity
- Solid analytical skills
- Fluency in the Korean language
- Edtech or education experience a plus
Interview process:
- A role-specific interview with our Director of Product, who will also be your manager, to get a better understanding of your experience
- A cross-functional interview with someone from our engineering team
