As a Data Product Manager, you will own a portfolio of projects centered around our data platform, which powers analytics, reporting, machine learning, and data applications across the company. You’ll unlock the ability for everyone at Big Health to make better decisions, faster, by leveraging reliable & easily accessible data, ultimately helping us to bring millions back to good mental health.
What you'll do:
- Build a forward-looking vision with the Data Engineering and Analyst teams, that unlocks the ability for all Big Health employees to make data-driven decisions.
- Architect the product strategy for new ingestion, warehousing, and transformation platform that acts as the central hub for critical user behavior, clinical, & commercial data at Big Health.
- Make Big Health’s data platform truly self-serve, unlocking the ability for the platform to scale effectively across several domains.
- Drive trust in data across Big Health by building systems and processes to dramatically reduce data error rates.
- Build the vision for ML solutions that teams at Big Health can leverage to increase our remission rates, ultimately bringing more people back to good mental health
- Utilize your technical chops to assess technical tradeoffs, prioritize features, and drive execution on your team’s roadmap
What you bring:
- 2+ years of Product Management experience
- Strong knowledge of data infrastructure principles
- Strong in database querying (SQL, etc)
- Technical degree (Computer Science, Information System or related discipline)
- Managing the product backlog for a technical team of at least 4 engineers
- Technical chops on data infrastructure principles to allow for a deep understanding of the tools we have and a refined sense of where complexity may live
- Ability to ruthlessly prioritize and gracefully manage an influx of requests, creating clear goals for the team.
- Communication chameleon, with the ability to seamlessly move between discussions with Engineering, Analytics, Clinical, and Commercial stakeholders.
