About DashQ

At DashQ, we're pioneering a transformative approach to the way people find, secure and connect with rental housing. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies, we are helping to evolve housing from a mere commodity into a deeply connected community. In an environment where housing supply is limited, it has never been more critical to fix the inefficient systems that act as hurdles to accessing the limited supply we do have.

Solving critical problems requires a strong team with an aligned set of values - candid communication, curiosity, and an unyielding character are more than values at DashQ - they're our foundation for creating meaningful impact, both for our community and self-growth.

If the thought of passionately diving into these challenges excites you, then DashQ is exactly where you belong.

About the Role

As DashQ experiences rapid expansion, the role of Product Manager becomes increasingly vital. We seek a visionary leader who will oversee the strategy, deployment, and evolution of our product lines: Checkout, Convert, and Engage. This role is central to our mission, requiring a blend of technological expertise, innovative thinking, and market foresight.

Reporting directly to the CEO of DashQ, the Product Manager will collaborate across teams to deliver cutting-edge products and services, identify market opportunities, and lead product development. This high-visibility position demands a candidate who can lead with bold ideas and execute strategies that align with DashQ's ambitious goals and values.

About the Product Lines

At DashQ, our strategic vision is powered by three innovative product lines - Checkout, Convert, and Engage - aimed at revolutionizing the real estate industry with advanced technological innovation and strategic insight. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, these initiatives work together to streamline the rental process, boost user engagement, and enhance the foundational layer that supports the sector's entirety.

Checkout

The Checkout platform is conceived as a pioneering solution that simplifies the rental transaction process. By integrating the latest in payment, identity verification, and income verification technologies, Checkout offers a seamless, secure, and frictionless e-commerce experience in the lead-to-lease journey. This product not only streamlines the rental application experience, it also reduces fraud and introduces a new level of transparency and trust into the rental ecosystem. The ideal candidate for leading this initiative will possess a deep understanding of fintech innovations, a keen insight into the complexities of transactional systems, and the ability to navigate the legal, regulatory and technical challenges inherent in financial technologies.

Convert

Convert stands at the forefront of converting interest into action. It is a suite of tools designed to redefine digital interaction, turning thousands of potential leads into committed renters through a highly personalized and intuitive interface. This product line leverages AI and machine learning to analyze user behaviour, predict needs, and present tailored housing options that match user preferences. Leadership in this domain requires a blend of technical acumen, a passion for user experience design, and a visionary approach to leveraging technology for market disruption.

Engage

Engage represents DashQ's commitment to fostering community and connection within the rental market, making every tenant seen and heard. The product is designed to enhance communication between renters, property managers, and local services, creating a vibrant, interactive community ecosystem. Engage utilizes social technology and feedback tools to build relationships and enhance the rental experience for all stakeholders. Leading Engage requires a unique combination of social technology expertise, community engagement strategies, and an understanding of the value of connected communities in the digital age.

The success of these product lines requires leaders who can navigate uncharted territories, challenge conventional wisdom, and forge connections across diverse technological, legal, and market landscapes. These leaders will not only adapt to DashQ's innovative structure but will also embody it with enthusiasm and dedication.
