As part of the Customer Strategy team, you’ll focus on how we engage and grow our customer base. You’ll work across web and app to improve in-life experiences, helping customers get more value from their products, discover new opportunities, and build stronger habits over time. Reporting to the Head of Product for Customer Strategy, you’ll shape and deliver initiatives that drive engagement, cross-sell, and retention, working closely with Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Data to create meaningful impact for both customers and the business.

What you'll do

  • Lead cross-functional work to improve the customer journey from web to in-app activation.
  • Deliver creative, high-impact initiatives that improve registration conversion rates, early activation, and engagement across products.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, and Insight to test and iterate on ideas that grow our customer base efficiently and sustainably.
  • Support delivery of content through our CMS and personalised content tools, enabling faster campaign creation and more tailored in-app experiences.
  • Build a strong experimentation culture, helping increase the number of live tests and learning velocity across acquisition and onboarding.
  • Define and track key metrics for your area, including registration conversion rates, activation (1/7/30-day), and early retention.
  • Partner across the business to ensure all work connects back to our commercial goals for revenue, AUA, and cross-sell growth.

Who you are

  • A hands-on product manager who’s passionate about customer journeys, creative problem solving, and delivering measurable results.
  • Experienced in building and improving digital experiences that drive acquisition, conversion, or engagement.
  • Comfortable working closely with Marketing and Design teams, with a good understanding of user funnels, growth levers, and experimentation.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with a strong desire to understand and act on user behaviours.
  • Detail-oriented and effective under tight deadlines.
  • A motivated and resilient self-starter, eager to own and grow your product area within a fast-paced, fast-growing company.
  • Possess broad intellectual curiosity and the versatility to engage confidently with and contribute meaningfully across a wide array of technical, strategic, and operational subjects.

Experience and skills

  • Ideally, 4+ years’ experience in Product Management or a comparable role, with a focus on multi-platform product development (e.g., web, mobile, marketing sites).
  • Proven ability to manage a product through its lifecycle, from strategy and development to iteration and improvement.
  • Experience running successful A/B tests and delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, story-telling and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, including UX, engineering, and data insights, to deliver cohesive and impactful multi-platform experiences.
  • Familiarity with core product management practices, including problem recognition, development, testing, launching, and iteration.
