As Customer Success Product Manager, you will design, develop, and maintain activities and insights within our Customer Success Operations team. Using Gainsight, this role will heavily focus on customer insights and experience and will consult with senior leaders and stakeholders on recommended course of action. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with digging into data, curating insights, and writing a story around what is happening with Talend customers. This candidate must also be comfortable with developing roadmaps, consulting with and delivering recommendations to senior leaders and stake holders and having business acumen to not only guide technical roadmaps, but also suggest and execute upon business process changes when appropriate.

What the Role will Do:
-Responsible for CSM technology platform consulting and solutions
-Responsible for analysis, design and implementation of changes that impact interactions between customers and Talend-Consults with stakeholders, identifying and communicating areas of improvement in client experience to enhance products and services
-Serves as a customer advocate and recommends and implements client feedback that influences and supports business decisions
-Designs and implements systems for collecting, consolidating, and analyzing customer interaction data to product metrics and identify areas for improvement

Specific Role Requirements:
-Experience or extensive knowledge in Customer Success programs, KPI and related metrics ---Experience in roadmap development and best practices-Hands-on experience with Gainsight or similar platform
-Knowledge in data interpretation and analysis
-Strong communication skills to varying levels of stakeholders across an Enterprise organization
