The Role

This person will play a key role in creating a world-class experience for our customers, with direct ownership of key in-app product flows such as our sign-up flow, rewards redemption, and card management features.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Collaborate closely with our amazing internal teams to ship a seamless and truly modern experience - we want to redefine what having a payment card looks like for customers
  • Determine a vision and multi-year strategy for our customer experience, in partnership with Growth, Design, Risk, Leadership, and Engineering
  • Test, iterate, and do research directly with customers, and incorporate customer feedback into future product development
  • Address challenging prioritization questions through data-driven approaches that put your customer first
  • Be the unequivocal voice of our customers, and ensure that everything we do does right by our customers
  • Think as a platform: Support other teams across Imprint in their efforts to achieve their goals by understanding their goals and using them to inform your strategy

We Are Looking For Folks With

  • 3+ years of product management / product strategy experience
  • Demonstrated skills in developing product roadmaps & functions, specifications, launching new products, conducting customer research, and facilitating user testing
  • Strong product instincts driven by deep empathy for the end users of technology products
  • Attention to detail when it comes to matters of accuracy, stability, and compliance
  • Humility and a track record of driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver great products your users love
  • Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions
  • A passion for data-driven decision making

Bonus Points

  • Product experience in a high growth startup environment
  • Experience in the payments space

  • Leading configured work computers of your choice
  • Unlimited vacation policy
  • Fully covered, high-quality healthcare including fully covered dependent coverage
  • Additional health coverage includes access to One Medical and option to enroll in an FSA
  • 16 weeks of paid parental leave for the primary caregiver and 8 weeks for all new parents
  • An understanding that successful remote work requires flexibility and an appreciation for asynchronous work
  • Access to industry leading technology across all of our business units — stemming from our philosophy that we should invest in resources for our team that foster innovation, optimization, and productivity
  • Limited edition Imprint Credit Card (no hard pull) for the first 100 team members only. Get 1.5% cash back on all purchases, plus additional perks
