Doctolib is looking for a Product Manager to join a newly created product Domain around Customer Care

The mission of the teams within this domain is to provide the best possible customer support to healthcare providers or patients using Doctolib products. We have 2 main streams: 

  • User autonomy on our products = how to help users find answers to their questions by themselves, be it by improving our product or easing access to help ressources. 
  • Customer support efficiency = how to improve the time to handle a customer request through better tools and processes.

We want to keep delivering outstanding and human service which is a key driver of user satisfaction and Doctolib’s trademark.

We are looking for a highly motivated PM willing to improve the daily life of : 

  • 60+ M of patients
  • 300K healthcare professionals
  • 200+ Doctolib customer support agents

What you will do

  • Go on field trips and partner with data analysts to study habits and workflows of our users to gather their needs.
  • Be in charge of your own schedule and prioritize user needs to address while working with them closely
  • Work closely in a technical environment to frame, investigate and validate new features
  • Write all user-stories in the backlog
  • Own the roadmap project delivery, feature team rituals, organize relevant activities and establish key product management processes;
  • Partner with all the Feature team’s stakeholders to ensure perfect alignment on problems to solve and how).
  • Track feature usage and provide feedback to the team
  • Contribute to the global growth of the product team by engaging in knowledge sharing, mentorship, recruiting activities, and creating new processes to help us adapt as we scale. 

Your skills

  • You have at least 2+ years of Product Management experience with direct product ownership;
  • You have worked on functional interfaces (preferably within the software industry) focused on customer experience with a large number of users;
  • You have a strong analytical mindset, making strategic product decisions grounded in data; 
  • You are customer-centric and willing to be close to the field; 
  • You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate both verbally and in writing a compelling vision;
  • You are used to working in an international environment and able to think global / act local;
  • You recognize yourself in our SCALES values;
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to transform the healthcare sector;
  • You are fluent in English. Native speaker in French is a plus;
  • An understanding of the healthcare industry and a good vision of the future of healthcare is a plus. 

More about the position

  • Location: Position based in Levallois Perret (92) or Nantes 
  • Start date: As soon as possible.
