The Customer Care product team builds the systems and tools that power fast, personalized, and high quality support at Robinhood. As the Product Manager for Customer Care, you’ll bring a relentless focus on customers to bear in making Robinhood's Ops teams industry leaders in quality and speed. You will do this through groundbreaking AI tools, new automations, and employee-facing platforms You’ll work closely with engineering, data, operations, and research to make these systems faster, smarter, and more reliable.

This role is based in our New York City, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the roadmap for AI tools, automations, and employee-facing platforms used by Ops teams
  • Automate repetitive support tasks and simplify complex workflows to improve agent throughput and consistency
  • Ensure systems are resilient, with proper monitoring, fallback mechanisms, and clear operational ownership
  • Write clear product specs and success metrics to guide engineering and cross-functional partners
  • Use data, experimentation, and feedback to iterate and improve the platform
  • Balance short-term execution with long-term scalability of tools and processes

What you bring

  • 2-4 years of Product Management experience
  • Experience with driving projects in large cross-functional organizations
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep understanding of metric management, experimentation, and structured decision-making
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and keep teams aligned and moving

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$140,000$165,000 USD
Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)
$123,000$145,000 USD
Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)
$110,000$129,000 USD
