As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for building content management features and capabilities to unlock more effective cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) content and engaging user experiences. You’ll empower content creators and product teams to deliver highly effective therapeutic programs, ultimately helping us to bring millions back to good mental health.
What you'll do:
- Define the vision and strategy for our content capabilities
- Identify the key levers of impact to effectively scale therapeutic content management
- Learn and understand content creators' needs, behaviors, and pain points to gather insights that inform our roadmap
- Identify opportunities to improve content implementation experiences and reduce operational inefficiencies
- Partner with engineering and other internal stakeholders to drive content platform innovation
- Utilize your technical chops to assess technical tradeoffs, prioritize features, and drive execution on your team’s roadmap
What you bring:
- 2+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience delivering digital experiences from inception to launch
- Passionate about quality, usability, and efficiency
- Communication chameleon, with the ability to seamlessly move between discussions with Engineering, Content Creation, Design, and Product Management stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree (in computer science, business or related discipline)
- Knowledge of content management platforms
- Track record of rationalizing complex requirements and priorities of multiple teams
- Managing the product backlog for a technical team of at least 3 engineers
