THE TEAM
You’ll be joining a global team of experienced and talented Product Managers, Engineers and Designers who are focused on building a product that empowers and enables customers to participate in great live experiences. We are passionate about live events, motivated, collaborative, and a fun-loving team responsible for a high-growth, global business.

THE ROLE
With the largest event inventory on the planet, and millions of consumers using the platform for discovery through to digital tickets to attend events a delightful, low friction consumer experience throughout is critical to our success. You’ll be responsible for driving initiatives from improving login to growing total users of our platform. 
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying key opportunities, creating a compelling vision for your product area and, defining a strategy and leading a team to ship high quality products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, data scientists and designers within and across Eventbrite.  This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and help our consumer product become a trusted tool for exploring, and attending the best events on Eventbrite.

YOU WILL
Lead the ideation, research, design, development and launch of user-centric products.
Understand user needs; identify and define product requirements.
Drive product development with a world-class team of Engineers, Designers and Data Scientists to deliver impact for our business and users.
Use data and metrics to inform your strategy and success criteria.

THE SKILL SET
2-3 years of product management experience, ideally with consumer products.
Great communication skills.
Passion for live events, frequently attending events and buying tickets online.
Self-starter with proven track record of execution and results.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate, influence and work as part of a team.
Data-driven, analytical problem solver.
User-first mindset with experience in user research and testing.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

BONUS POINTS
Experience with consumer mobile applications.
Experience  creating a product since the startup face Experience with user research and discovery.
