Job Description

As a Product Manager in the Consumer Products Team (Website, CTVs and Player), you’ll be focusing on the connected TVs scope, shaping the future of our apps across both native and HTML5-based platforms. You will drive the product specification, development, and optimization of Dailymotion’s CTVs apps, ensuring an engaging experience for our global audience. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data, and sales marketing, you’ll lead initiatives that will have a direct impact on the platform’s growth and user satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Contribute to Product Strategy: Work with the team to define and align the strategy and goals for the CTV experience, ensuring alignment with company objectives and user needs. 

  • Roadmap Development and Execution: Assist in developing and managing the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on data, user feedback, and business priorities. 

  • User-Centric Design: Partner with the design team to deliver smooth and visually appealing user interfaces tailored for connected TV platforms. 

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to monitor product performance, user engagement, and retention metrics, making informed decisions to drive continuous improvement. 

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales marketing, CSMs, and content teams to ensure the product meets market needs and supports business objectives. 

  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on CTV trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation. 

  • Support Implementation: Work with engineering and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality feature releases and integration improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product management or a related role, ideally in video streaming or connected TV products. 

  • Strong understanding of the connected TV ecosystem, including platform capabilities, user behaviors, and industry trends. 

  • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams. 

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable plans. 

  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. 

  • Experience with agile product development methodologies.
