The Commerce Systems team is responsible for building the e-commerce experience our customers use to order and take delivery of our vehicles. The team also designs and builds all of the internal applications and tools used by Lucid’s sales, sales operations, and delivery teams.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the design, build, and delivery of products, applications, systems, and services
- Work closely and collaboratively with business partners and technology teams to gather and document requirements and create user stories for building new products and enhancing existing products
- Coordinate the delivery of these product capabilities and product updates to the users and internal teams
- Work with teams across different geographical regions and time zones
- Identify and solve complex issues quickly, turn them into simple, intuitive, and elegant solutions
- Build and maintain solid productive relationships with team members, users, customers, stakeholders, etc. in person or over the phone
- Create product vision, translate product vision into product strategy, translate and convey strategy in the form of executable product requirements
- Manage and prioritize the requirements backlog
- Understand and document user scenarios, use cases, the expected user experience
- Define feature lists, use cases, acceptance criteria, user flows, user personas and other artifacts in support of product development efforts.
- Participate in work estimation processes for high level and detailed pieces of work
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technology or business-related field
- 5+ years of software/online product management experience such as creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams
- Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions
- Experience developing internet products and technologies
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
- Previous work experience in e-commerce or developing localized products for international markets
- Engineering background
- Startup experience
- Salesforce experience
- Familiarity with tools for wire-framing and mockups
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
· California (Bay Area) - $115,000 - $165,000
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
