Are you looking for a chance to work in direct cooperation with the biggest video game brands and develop new fintech products worldwide? We at Xsolla are looking for an experiencing Product Manager who will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategic co-brand propositions that will augment both our headless e-commerce product offerings and B2C products. 
The Product Manager will be responsible for the portfolio of products with co-brand card programs launched with various video game brands, different IPSs and banks in multiple countries worldwide and ensure the continued growth of existing programs to achieve overall business objectives on card acquisition, usage, interest, fee income and support business profitability. The right candidate possesses strong product management skills, has a decent fintech background and a deep understanding of how co-brand card issuing business works on both program management and go-to-market levels worldwide. 
Having overall responsibility for all con-branded card products within Xsolla you'll be able to own high-level strategic initiatives and will have resources to get the job done. You will also have good executive presence and excellent verbal / written communication. 

CORE JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and develop key segments for strategic partnerships for co-branded cards in the alignment with Xsolla's Core Business strategy and objectives;
  • Work closely with Marketing and Bizdev teams to finalize co-branded card product value propositions for each external or internal client. Understand partner's objectives and help to fulfill them. This includes but not limited to card portfolio profitability as well as meeting partner's revenue projection from the co-branded card programs.
  • Formulate product strategies for go-to-market with the solution, to grow market share and enhance profitability of the live cobrand cases;
  • Work closely with Product Management Office and Business Heads to ensure that the required product dimensions, budgets and targets are achieved in accordance with business plans, and the card portfolio growth is maximized through increased cardholder acquisition/usage;
  • Conceptualize, propose and implement new co-branded card propositions for Enterprise clients. Work independently and in cooperation with Commerce, Marketing and BizDev departments to identify partners for co-branded cards in different segments.
  • Evaluate and select an issuing partner or bank for co-branded cards in different countries, program management or any other related 3d party software. Help to negotiate the best deals for Xsolla.
  • Cooperate with LiveOps, Billing, Payments, Support and IT teams to manage the  product life cycle and develop product enhancement opportunities, run promotions for acquisition, activation, usage and retention of cardholders / transactions.
  • Interact with Marketing, Bizdev, Accounting and LiveOps teams to work towards achieving the business requirements during the product life cycle.
  • Monitor and analyze performance of all acquisition programs to ensure results are on track and if not, to identify the problems/issues and recommend solutions to rectify them. Provide regular feedback to management on performance of initiatives;
  • Develop and enhance tools / channels for better communication with customers / potential customers to obtain feedback and build loyalty / product appeal.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education level required - University degree or equivalent qualification;
  • Recognized banking qualification if a plus: MBA, FCA, CPA, ACIB, etc.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the product management of card products, preferably in the cobrand space with video games,  entertainment or leisure industries, with proven track record. 
  • Experience of working on programs in cooperation with International Payment Systems or/and Card Brands is the must; 
  • Experience in launching and managing consumers credit cards products would be beneficial. 
  • Strong communication skills and clear customer focus.
  • Knowledge of SAFE framework and agile development practices
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering large, cross-functional, customer or B2B2C facing products.
