We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our growing product management team to lead our Client Platform team. This PM will own the strategy and execution for ensuring our apps have a fast and reliable user experience, and enabling empowered, consistent development across platforms and teams. Together with Design & Engineering, this PM will define the visual frameworks, components, and standards that meet user needs across product areas, and help our product teams move faster to ship more value to end-users. 

What will you be doing?

  • Close collaboration with other PMs / product teams through setting high level UX strategy that encompasses the entire product, across Front product areas
  • Bringing consumer-level UX to a B2B app. You’ll make Front feel more and more like a top-notch native desktop app that meets upmarket customer expectations 
  • You’ll build a compelling pod strategy and roadmap based on insightful understanding of customer needs, internal team needs, market opportunities and technical capabilities 
  • Partner cross-functionally withEngineering, Design, Customer Success, Marketing and Sales to innovate and execute product initiatives across the company
  • Rally teams to work together towards a common goal; oversee many moving parts to ensure deliverables are met on time
  • Write specs, manage project execution, and define product roll-out strategy
  • Discover and present new product insights by analyzing qualitative and quantitative customer data
  • Conduct user research & user testing to collect new customer insights

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Product management experience, preferably at a SaaS or consumer technology company, preferably with experience on a platform product team
  • You’re excited about working at the intersection of user-facing & platform products; you know how to consider diverse user needs and create scalable components, frameworks, and systems
  • Empathetic: you understand what users need and any issues that your teammates face
  • Execution-oriented: you’re highly organized; you’re comfortable managing many work streams; you know how to make the right trade-offs; you help teams ship on time
  • Collaborative and low-ego: you work well with all kinds of personalities; you work well with teams across multiple geographies
  • Data-driven: you understand how to use data to guide product decisions
  • Solutions-oriented: you are resourceful and drive progress with a positive, entrepreneurial approach
  • You have clear, structured thinking and excellent communication skills
