In less than 15 minutes, customers instrument data sources with thousands of data quality metrics and anomaly detection algorithms that proactively alert them to issues. The Team
You’ll be joining a powerhouse team of product managers, product designers, and software engineers, who are defining the data observability landscape. We partner with product marketing, demand generation, sales, and support teams to take our product to market and make our clients successful.
The Work
We’re looking for a skilled and experienced product manager to help bring take full ownership of some of our most critical initiatives to fruition. You’ll be working on prioritizing, defining, and building features from ideation to execution all the way through to wide-scale release. You’ll partner closely with marketing, engineering, product, and design to ensure we solve customer problems that push our business forward.
What you’ll be doing
Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and stakeholders to define our product strategy and roadmap, charting the course for data observability.
Ensuring consistent project delivery for a wide range of features throughout the product life cycle.
Research and understand the core challenges for data engineers, analysts, and their teammates. Study the competitive and complementary product landscape to identify business opportunities.
Define innovative solutions through feature requirements. that delight our customers.
Collaborate with designers, and engineers toengineers, and data scientists to bring new features to market through iterative development.
Partner with our go-to-market team to ensure users are successful with our product.
Analyze product performance to inform prioritization and future investments.
What You Bring
2-4 years of software product management experience
Experience working on a B2B web application for a technical audience in the data space
Ability to develop deep user empathy through thoughtful and intentional user research. Ability to synthesize and communicate user needs and pain points across an organization.
Builds empathy by collaborating with their product design partners through thoughtful and intentional user research.
Practice building products through iterative, hypothesis driven-development, constantly measuring success and collecting feedback while working towards business goals.
Ability to master technical concepts and evaluate difficult engineering trade offs and implementation decisions.
Excellent cross functional collaboration - communicating goals, timelines, decisions, and tradeoffs to keep team and stakeholders aligned and projects moving forward.
Strategic mindset to engage constructively in discussion and debate with your colleagues when evaluating questions of company and product strategy.
Experience launching new products and features, enabling marketing, sales, and support to help make clients successful.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to tailor messaging appropriately based on audience.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Experience in data engineering and/or analytics, or experience building tools for data practitioners
Experience collaborating with a remote-first team
Base salary of $152-168,000
