Benivo is seeking a talented and driven Product Manager to lead one of our product domains.As a leader in our organisation, Product Managers at Benivo need to build a strong understanding of the user problem space, identify underserved needs and work with a range of functions to deliver solutions that wow our users. As the leader of your product area, you are expected to be able to set a vision, push through in face of ambiguity and strong headwinds, be creative, leave no stone unturned and deliver measurable and meaningful results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a compelling roadmap for your Product domain, leading on discussions with Engineers and Business Stakeholders.
  • Develop a product vision for the respective product domain and build a crisp strategy through qualitative and quantitative research , and presenting findings in a concise manner to get stakeholders buy in.
  • Lead the ideation and development of new product features, leveraging user research, no-code tools, market insights, and customer feedback.
  • Prioritise product initiatives based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment in a way that gets buy-in from the broader team.
  • Rally design and engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features, while building a fun and inclusive culture around your product domain
  • Collaborate and build strong rapport with sales and customer success teams to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach to product development and ensure customer needs are at the forefront of all product decisions.
  • Lead cross functional teams to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

We’re looking for candidates who have:

  • Prior experience in a tech start-up as product manager
  • You are a passionate collaborator, you ensure others have a voice and that teams are on the same page - building strong relationships with all stakeholders
  • A strong understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle - from discovery methodologies to delivery and rollout
  • Strong technical skills/experience in defining technical solutions
  • Knowledge of SQL - you know the basics of SQL and can create your own queries to find the data that you need
  • Comfortable with no-code tools like Zapier as a way to tackle problems and discover interim solutions
  • Project management tools - you’ve worked with tools such as Jira and can handle multiple projects of different sizes at once
  • Outstanding communication skills - you are able to articulate solutions to a range of different stakeholders and can turn problems into stories
  • Excellent documentation/written abilities - to produce structured, easy to digest, detailed documentation at pace
  • Proactive and resourceful - you have the ability to manage complex projects with limited resources and competing priorities
  • Agility - ability to change directions, switch projects when the job requires it
  • Ability to work with remote development teams
  • Excellent organisation, time management and meeting management/facilitating skills (creating a meeting agenda, making sure the meeting runs on time, make sure people stay on topic within the meeting)
  • You are a passionate collaborator, you ensure others have a voice and that teams are on the same page - building strong relationships with all stakeholders
  • Experienced in driving strategy and becoming the go to expert



Competitive salary

Contract: full time, permanent

Job location: We operate a hybrid working model - our office is based near Kings Cross Station, London, WC1H 9HQ. At the moment we are attending the office two Tuesdays a month.

You must be based in the UK (UK tax resident & UK right to work). Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate may need to undertake a basic criminal record check, the cost of which will be covered by Benivo.
