Product Manager, B2B Platform job at Affirm

What you'll do

Shape the vision and roadmap for our API addressability, integrations, and platform
Build and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing it based on larger product roadmap, business value for our APIs, webhooks, integrations, and general interconnective platform
Partner with key stakeholders in Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science and Analytics teams to understand broader product initiatives, technical requirements and timelines
Foster a test & learn environment, experimenting with Minimum Viable Products (MVP) and delivering value early and often
Build reusable platform components to be leveraged by other internal and external facing products
Responsible for the overall vision, technical capabilities and roadmap of the digital product platform
Document business and technical capabilities and collaborate with other internal teams to ensure correct and successful implementation

What we look for

2-3 years of Product Management experience
Proven track record of product management, having led roadmaps and owned product backlogs
Background with delivering APIs, Integrations, or building out platforms to customers
Written and spoken communication proficiency in English is needed to collaborate with a global team with overlap in Pacific Coast Working hours
Track record of successfully launching and growing software products and services
Analytically driven and highly metrics oriented to develop business cases
The ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
A get-things-done attitude to make your product and team successful whether that means writing a QA plan or investigating the root cause of a customer support ticket
Obsesses over getting the details right but knows how to ship on time
Clear and compelling in written and verbal communication
Self-motivated, working independently, intrinsic learner
