We are looking for a Product Manager to join our B2B Product Management team in Berlin

As a Product Manager at Babbel, you will create and deliver an amazing learning experience for our learners and other user personas, guided by a user-centered design based on clear KPIs and data. You will facilitate collaboration within cross-functional teams in an agile environment,  ensuring that we’re building experiences that solve important problems in creative, scalable and measurable ways.

You will:

  • Work on improving user engagement and returns, focused on opportunities around habit building, user progress and building motivation. 
  • Set the roadmap and direction of your product area, leveraging user data and insights, and helping the product lead in defining the product engagement strategy.
  • Prioritize opportunities & facilitating progress updates within your cross-functional product teams, informed by strategy and OKRs.
  • Build data-inspired hypotheses, and after measuring, monitor and analyzing metrics to optimize existing features and to learn from minimum viable features. 
  • Discover and prioritize new opportunities to improve user experience and offer new features that will help B2B area to attract new customers 
  • Build strong partnership and collaboration with your key functions (such as Product, Sales, Marketing, Account Management or Didactics)
  • Continuously improve your team’s engagement & ways of working, support decision-making & increase velocity together with your Engineering partner

You are:

  • Passionate about improving language learning, and knows when to apply attention to detail, when to make raw prototypes quickly, and when to consult experts
  • An advocate for delight and emotion in your products
  • Motivated to achieve business goals
  • Data driven, business-oriented, and eager to innovate and learn continuously through rapid testing
  • Highly collaborative and able to produce simple solutions to meet a set of different needs
  • Caring about learning and trying out new product management techniques

You have:

  • Proven experience (+4 years) working as a product manager with data driven product development within a cross-functional team
  • Proven ability to influence and partner effectively across all levels of an organization, and regularly use these skills to improve the work going on around you
  • Experienced with working with agile cross-functional development teams; experience with continuous discovery and delivery techniques is a strong plus
  • Experience with activation & engagement strategies, as well as gamification is a strong plus
