What is Boombox?
In a work-from-anywhere world, building strong company culture is more important than it’s ever been — this is a complex and universal problem that we really care about. Boombox is on a mission to make it easy for you to have fun and connect on a human level with the people you work with, no matter where you are.
Less than a year after launch, Boombox has already emerged as the fastest-growing player in the space, now a category leader, with amazing virtual events, IRL experiences, employee gifting, and a virtual hub for managing team experiences.
Happy and repeat customers include the world’s most admired companies like Google, Apple, Netflix, Nike, Accenture and more than 2,000 other companies. And this is just the beginning.
We’re looking for extraordinary people to add to our team, shape our product offering, and solidify our leadership position in this massive $500+ billion market. Boombox is backed by Atomic, Silicon Valley’s foremost VC and startup studio known for launching Hims & Hers, Openstore, Bungalow, and many more. The Boombox team is made up of industry veterans coming from Google, Apple, Square, Opendoor, and more.

What you'll do:

  • Set direction: You’ll set product strategy, prioritize problems and build a roadmap that inspires our teams and delivers an incredible amount of value to our customers, our users, and our business.
  • Build product: You’ll talk to customers / users / internal teams, find and prioritize big problems-to-be-solved, break them down, design solutions, validate them, build them with the team, get them out into the world, and make sure that they’re delivering the intended value. You’ll own the end-to-end.
  • Create alignment across teams: You’ll work cross functionally with operations, engineering, growth and product/design to make sure we’re all aligned in terms of direction and all rowing in the same direction. You'll be the voice of the customer (VOC), a technology promoter, a data analyst, and a business operator.
  • Scale our products: Getting features out is but one part of the job — you’ll be tasked with helping us acquire customers as cheaply as possible, onboard them effectively, deliver value to them consistently and efficiently, get them sticking with us forever and create some of our biggest fans.
  • Drive our data-informed culture: You’ll live-and-breathe data. You’ll ensure we’re capturing the right data (both quantitative and qualitative), measuring the right outcomes, reporting effectively, democratizing learnings and creating plans to act on them — your work will help the entire business make better, data-informed decisions.
