Product Manager - AML (Anti-Money Laundering)

About the role:

We are on the lookout for a Product Manager to focus on the AML product line. We are helping leading international fintech to reduce AML across the USA, Europe, and APAC, by assisting in Sanction Screening, Transaction Monitoring, and KYC.

You will:

• Act as a Scrum Master and work with Engineer

• Take ownership of Policies and Procedures relating to AML

• Know when and how to balance data with intuition

• Own specification for AML APIs with vendors like RDC, ComplyAdvantage, etc, and collaborate with other owners for the dashboard and public documentation

An ideal candidate has:

• 5+ years of product management experience

• 3+ years building products in payments, AML compliance, identity management within a financial or e-commerce setting

• Passionate about solving customer problems, both internal and external

• Experience with using both qualitative and quantitative data to make product decisions

• Committed to teamwork and transparent, inclusive communication

• Excellent collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to build relationships

• Experience working with commercial regulations, both within and outside of the US

• Experience with third-party vendor integrations for AML

• Understanding financial crime compliance

• Good understanding of Transaction banking products. Knowledge of Crypto is a bonus.
