Help us define the future of advertising on Spotify, while fueling the growth of the entire company! Ads Performance Platform is building the foundational layer of Spotify’s advertising business. It is a cross-functional group that encompasses everything from product designers to machine learning engineers (and everything in between). We are focused on building robust, reusable, and reliable capabilities for the rest of the company to build upon.
The team in Ads Performance Platform works across a wide range of business-critical product initiatives — from extending Spotify’s design system to support ad formats and tooling, to developing new audio-forward ad formats, to setting the long-term vision for brands on Spotify, to building exceptional internal tools to support our rapidly scaling ads business. Everything we build is, at its core, a capability for other teams to build upon, so we take deep pride in being deeply customer focused, and detail obsessed.
This is a unique opportunity that sits at the intersection of product teams and design systems. Encore is the global design system for everyone at Spotify.
