As a PM, you will have complete ownership of your scope.
This means owning the product roadmap to reach the North star metric, by finding customers problems & opportunities, defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and pairing with product design & engineering to deliver solutions.
An attention to detail and eye for quality are critical to your success, along with an ability to grasp and present our product’s value proposition in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our customer problems.
You are obsessed with tracking performance, and have the data to confirm what’s working and what isn’t. For this job, you must possess a unique blend of business and tech savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market. This is an opportunity to learn and see your actions make an immediate impact. This job is for someone who loves a challenge and wants to work in a fast-growing international company.
The Product management team consists of 8 talented and committed Product Managers and a Product Ops Manager. Each Product Manager works with his own team on a defined scope (the squad consists of the Product Manager, a Tech team leader, a Product Designer, front and back-end developers and a QA engineer).
Contract & Location
- Permanent full-time contract
- Paris / Nantes
What you will do:
- Discovery
- You’re able to discover product opportunities: you’ll pair with a product designer and work closely with customers, sales, services, customer success, and engineering to discover new problems, and prioritize features based on data evidence, testing, north star metrics, and OKRs.
- You build, measure and learn continuously: you’ll foster a culture of data-driven decision making by proactively measuring the impact of what you’ll build, you’ll make mistakes, iterate, and continuously improve (aka Kaizen).
- You always fight complexity: it is complex to keep things simple. Being lean is your way of life, you thrive to make the minimal investment (I did not say MVP) that will bring the highest value to your users.
- You know your market: we’re in a 8k+ competitor space. We’re fighting everyday for customer budget and battle with very diverse competitors. You’ll have to champion competition, provide oversight, and help position and differentiate against them.
- Delivery
- You deliver continuously: you own and write comprehensive product opportunity assessments and specifications. You develop epics, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria and initial prototypes with Product design, and partner with engineers along the way to deliver impactful features … and this continuously.
- You ensure smooth release: you lead and collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success and Sales enablement on all readiness activities, including product testing, early adoption programs, internal user training, rollout and product support.
- You’re not alone: SaaS platforms are more powerful than point solutions. You analyze potential partner relationships for your product area because we live in an ecosystem.
What we are looking for:
- You have proven 3+ years product management experience.
- You’re a technical expert (you’re a former developer, or you can easily empathize with them thanks to a strong knowledge of technical environments)
- You are Customer-Centric: you are the voice of the customer because you meet with them regularly, and you ensure features do bring value to them.
- You’re a team player: you take decisions with your team (developers, team leader, designer etc.)
- You like to perform your deliveries and to lead discussions with our clients and partners
