As a Product Manager you will use data to drive design decisions and understand the unique demands of wholesale brands business. Own and drive the implementation and rollout of merchandising features, in alignment with specific goals to improve merchandising efficiency and other KPIs. Define an implementation roadmap and provide accurate timelines and status back to business stakeholders, and closely work with development teams on execution.

What you will be doing:

  • Support the development, delivery, and adoption of technology-oriented solutions that enable and support our licensed sports merchandise manufacturing and wholesale businesses
  • Work with business and technical stakeholders to define tech product requirements and specifications
  • Define and maintain product roadmaps, continuously analyzing roadmap content and re-prioritizing as conditions change
  • Work with business stakeholders to establish business cases for technology investments
  • Define acceptance criteria and success metrics that can be tracked post-delivery
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure solution objectives are understood and deliverables are accounted for sufficiently in team backlogs
  • Manage vendor relationships, deliverables, and performance
  • Ensure product users and other key stakeholders can successfully adopt solutions through training and other change management techniques
  • Facilitate engineering team-level planning sessions and other ceremonies as appropriate
  • Ensure cross-team/cross-functional dependencies are recognized and accounted for in delivery plans
  • Participate in and help continuously improve our processes and tool mechanics
  • Communicate small initiative or issue resolution status updates across broad audiences
  • Develop strong working relationships with business partners and technical teams

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of experience (or a strong desire and ability to learn) in a Product Management, Project Management, Program Management, Business Analysis, or Technical Leadership role
  • Familiar with various aspects of technical solution development concepts including hardware, software, and networking
  • Familiarity with business finance concepts and how they are applied to technology investments
  • Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies and techniques including experience working in an Agile product management environment (preferably as a Scrum product owner) – delivering a strategy via regular, incremental releases
  • Capable of balancing the daily task management of a Scrum team with management of both short- and long-term product roadmaps and business initiatives
  • Organizational and communication skills including the ability to effectively report on measurable business improvements achieved
  • Capable of influencing and negotiating with others while maintaining respectful professional relationships
  • Analytical skills, including demonstrated ability to use data analysis and testing to improve customer experiences through technical deliverables
  • Assist engineering team managers with resource allocation, potentially across multiple initiatives
  • Work with both business and engineering team stakeholders to set realistic schedules for solution delivery and associated activities
  • Requires occasional travel to both company and business partner locations throughout the U.S.

  • Experience in apparel manufacturing, wholesale, retail, e-commerce, or supply chain
  • Experience with SAFe, LeSS, DAD, and other methods for scaling Agile practices
