Being a part of the AddeU Internship Program, you will be working on a meaningful project(s) that you can feel proud of and present back to the company at the end of the experience. In addition to having a supporting manager and mentor, we have a fantastic onboarding program to get you acclimated and ready for your time with us. Fun events and super cool swag are also included!
At the moment, our 12 week internship experience is remote. Dates are currently set for May - August, 2023 but please consult with your recruiter. Seeking US and Canadian students only.
The Role
We are currently seeking a Product Management Intern (Advisor & End-Clients) to join our Product Team!
Our team is responsible for the development of our core platform. We drive the evolution of product offerings powered by the Addepar platform with a hard-working team of product managers, while partnering closely with leaders across R&D and business to achieve our company objectives.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial-minded and thrives in a fast-paced and dedicated environment. You have outstanding communication and collaboration skills and are able to work with a diverse group, get consensus, and drive the product forward. You are execution focused and emphasize getting things done while paying attention to important details. You are passionate about using technology to tack problems in a user-centric way. You have a passion for the FinTech industry and want to solve the problems of investment reporting, advisor communication, data aggregation, investment analysis, product design, and enterprise enablement.
Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.
The current range for this role is $43/hr.

What You’ll Do
- Define product requirements, priorities, and turning points for new features/improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teammates in design, engineering, and other orgs
- Develop understanding and emotional intelligence for our users’ needs and pain points
- Gather feedback and requirements from customers and partners and translate them into data-driven product recommendations
- Support the team's day-to-day operations, including helping with agile ceremonies, and bug triage
Who You Are
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary educational institution (university must be located in the US & Canada) & returning to school after internship
- Available to intern for the full 12 weeks
- Excellent presentation, communication (listening, written, spoken), and influencing skills
- A low ego and a high level of organization, accountability, and integrity
- A servant leader mentality passionate about facilitation, empathy, and consensus-building
- A desire to “roll up your sleeves” and dive deeply into our users’ most sophisticated problems, even when faced with ambiguity and limited direction or support
- Knowledge and experience with technical domains (SQL, software development, etc.)
- Finance knowledge and personal projects are a plus
- Engineering/ CS background is a plus
