We’re creating the world’s best Loyalty & Referrals solution for ecommerce brands and shoppers and we’re looking for a product UX designer.

As a product designer you will:
- Collaborate with customers, product managers, content writers, developers and other product designers in order to define, design and deliver extraordinary products.
- Work with a team with a super positive attitude that can do anything.
- Conduct product research based on customer interviews, support tickets, data, competitor analysis and more
- Create new product experiences and work to iterate on existing experiences until they’re awesome.
- Take charge of functional design and create wireframes, from rough ideas to rich designs and prototypes
Minimum position requirements:
- At least 3+ years of experience in UX and UI design as part of a product team working alongside developers and product managers.
- You're proficient in translating product requirements and user needs to wireframes, low fidelity and high fidelity pixel perfect sketches.
- You’ve worked with Figma before and mastered it.
- You collaborate extremely well with all kinds of people with different perspectives and you’re able to communicate clearly in English.
- You are able to actively participate in discussions, share ideas, and provide constructive feedback.
- You understand the product’s lifecycle from research through prototyping to design and usability testing.
- You love solving complex product problems.
- You are highly motivated and want to make an impact while having full ownership on the Loyalty product design.
