As we are growing our 30 people design team, we are looking for a Product Designer based in Berlin to work on our Practice Product (B2B). We aim to make practitioners more efficient. We work on consultation workflow, prescriptions, billing, teleservices and on a tool of smart document management.
You´ll be part of a multidisciplinary team working with Product Designers, Brand Designers, UX Writers, and User Researchers and Design Ops. You will join a truly outstanding, ambitious and talented research team. The team is defined by their values: acceptance, authenticity, and openness.
Their goal: move from a complex context to create and design the simplest solution for our users with a pixel perfect approach.

You will design the best solution for our users (healthcare professionals),
You will lead design processes & methodologies: from feature prioritization to final sketches and product optimisation along the way,
You will create excellent team coordination within your feature team and Doctolib at scale
You will run co-creation workshops with the different teams (product, tech, data, sales, etc.),
You will use systems like Figma, Oxygen (our inhouse design system), Asana, just to name a few.
You are well rounded designer, at ease on both UX and UI methodologies, with minimum of 1 years of experience in a fast paced environment
You study, prioritise, draw, present, sharpen, iterate, and sketch to create the most elegant designs and experiences,
You know how to co-create workshops with the different teams (product, tech, data, sales, etc.),
You enjoy challenging yourself and your team to improve the products you’re working on.
Now, it would be fantastic if you:
are proficient in English and German
have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast paced environment as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer.
use Figma as part of your designer toolkit and you thrive for pixel perfect designs.
