Job Description

As a UX/UI Designer, your mission will be to create the best possible experience to accelerate the uptake and adoption of Snapshift by our users.
You will work closely with your team (PM, Software Engineers), the other product designers, as well as with the Marketing, Operations, Sales and Customer Success teams, and with the other teams building the product.

How are we organized?

Each team is composed of a PM, 2 to 8 Devs (back-end, front-end and/or full-stack) and, depending on the needs, a Designer and/or a Product Marketing Manager.
The Product and Tech teams are organized in impact squads, stable over time. Experts on their product and their users' issues, they are autonomous in defining and achieving their quarterly and annual OKRs, which are aligned with the company's product strategy.

Your main tasks

- In collaboration with the PM, you will be in charge of the different discoveries (user interviews, need analysis, need feedback). You will define together the objectives, needs and constraints of each project.

- You will be in charge of designing wireframes, high fidelity models and prototypes on Figma.

- You will participate in updating the design system and maintaining the graphic identity of our various applications.


Profile required

- Bac +3/5 in graphic arts school or school specialized in digital / communication / graphic design.

- Good knowledge in graphic/web design and user experience.

- Mastery of design tools such as Figma.

- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.

- Good analytical and communication skills.

- You like to work in a team (PM, designers, developers, csm, sales, marketing) and you listen to feedbacks.

- You are autonomous and organized in your work.

Step 2: An interview with Aurélie, Product Deisgner, and Laurent, Head of Product (60min).

Step 3: A case study to test your hard skills and help to project yourself in your futur mission (60min)

Step 4: Culture Fit (lunch with the team, office visit, ...)
