Spotify Advertising is looking for a UX-driven Product Designer to support our growing digital scaled marketing team. The Product Designer will work closely with our Content Strategy team to build engaging and interactive user experiences across our Spotify Advertising digital marketing products, primarily our website, academy, and partner network.

What You'll Do

  • Design outstanding front-end user experiences across our core digital marketing products with the goal of captivating and converting potential customers
  • Use the Spotify Advertising design system to build new components and propose strategic design updates to our existing component library 
  • Partner with a cross-functional team of brand creatives, content strategists and engineers to bring concepts to life 
  • Make design decisions based on competitive analysis, user research, and testing 
  • Synthesize user data and research to inform design concepts and decisions 
  • Help track and report on the efficiency of our web design

Who You Are

  • 5-7+ years of experience building customer facing, websites and digital marketing products with a focus on driving high value events and performance
  • Experience with B2B, advertising, or ecommerce websites preferred
  • Experience with a learning management system (LMS) is a plus
  • Able to present confidently and influence senior stakeholders
  • Open to constructive design feedback from stakeholders at every level — able to iterate quickly and pivot if needed 
  • Highly collaborative, especially with people who might sit on different teams or functions
  • Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe, Mural, etc. 
  • Motion design is a plus but not required
  • Creative problem solver who views change as an opportunity

The United States base range for this position is $112,298 - $160,425, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays. This range encompasses multiple levels. Leveling is determined during the interview process.  Placement in a level depends on relevant work history and interview performance. These ranges may be modified in the future.
