We’re looking for our next human-centred Product Designer to join our Growth team!
You’ll have the opportunity to have a big customer impact, by designing the onboarding journey for new customers.
This area in our product is a key part of the SafetyCulture Platform and in this role you’ll have the opportunity to work on complex problems that impact millions of users worldwide, and operate at a scale few other Australian tech companies have reached. You will collaborate with a group of driven, curious and customer-minded Product Designers, Product Managers and Engineers and have a lot of fun doing it!
About you
- 2 - 5 years experience delivering web and mobile apps
- Deep understanding of design principles and you have a growth mindset
- Experienced in wire-framing and using online prototyping tools like in vision or marvel
- Ability to see concepts through ideation, prototyping, and implementation.
- You are the master of creating and executing plans for implementing product features
- You have an ability to lead many moving parts in a project
- You have experience building engaging top of the funnel, first experience / onboarding
- You continuously seek out and utilise customer feedback to adjust future plans and priorities, in a highly agile, rapidly changing environmentIt's
- Bonus if you have previous experience with a mobile-first technology company or if you have dash-boarding experience
How you will spend your time
- Own the end-to-end product design process and work collaboratively across product and engineering teams
- Build a deep understanding of our customers, why they come to iAuditor and their journeys from pre sign-up to becoming active users and expanding their teams
- Conduct user research to identify and deeply understand customer needs as well as to get feedback on your work and how to improve
- Operate in an Agile software development environment within a feature team
- Be the voice and advocate for SafetyCulture’s customers, always
- Communicate frequently to the broader business including Leadership, Go To Market, and Operations teams about your vision, roadmap, features, decisions and insights.
- Manage multiple priorities, for example; customer needs and requests, user experience and product requirements.
- Capture feedback from our customers, and use this data to constantly iterate and improve on our roadmap
