We are looking for a Product Designer

Total compensation ranges from $157,000 - $170,000, including a fixed annual salary of $140,000 - $153,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a UX-focused Product Designer with 3–6 years of experience to help us craft world-class products and elevate the transaction moment for our partners and their customers. In this role, you’ll contribute across the full stack of product design — research, user flows, design systems, high-fidelity mocks, experimentation, and QA.

This is an opportunity to join a growing design team and make an outsized impact on how Rokt scales design as a strategic lever. You’ll report to the Head of Product Design and work closely with product managers, engineers, and GTM teams to ensure that every Rokt experience is relevant, consistent, and performance-driven.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and synthesize UX research across partner transaction flows to identify friction, insights, and opportunities.
• Take early concepts and refine them into high-fidelity design mocks and prototypes in Figma.
• Contribute to the evolution and health of our design systems, pattern libraries, and QA practices.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to support UX experimentation and ensure designs are implemented with quality and intent.
• Participate in design critiques and contribute to the culture of design excellence at Rokt.

Requirements

About You:

• 3–6 years of experience as a product designer with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX work.
• Skilled in conducting and synthesizing UX research and usability testing.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Strong communication skills; able to clearly articulate design decisions.
• Ability to balance partner context with scalable, system-driven design.
• Enthusiasm for working in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with engineers, PMs, and GTM stakeholders.
• A bias for action and a focus on outcomes over aesthetics.
• Experience with AI/automation tools for research, design QA, or prototyping.
